While design and decorating are two different services, they go hand in hand. Space planning, floor plans, furniture-lighting-textiles-accessories selections are the design part. Putting it all together is the decorating part. Taking the style of the client into consideration is extremely important during the entire process. Combining all of these details together is what will ultimately create a beautiful and functional space in which to live and entertain.

RE-design

RE-design is a fairly new design term although the idea behind it has been around for decades. This is one of my favorite elements of the design process; using items that you already have, taking things from other rooms, rearranging and making your space feel totally different…..all on a tiny budget!

DIY staging package
If you are on a tight budget or just prefer to do this sort of work yourself! The DIY Staging includes a one-hour consultation with the seller and a detailed, follow up report. As we walk through the home I will make recommendations and take photographs. A few days later you will be presented with a detailed 3-4 page staging report that includes a checklist of my suggestions and comments. The owners can then choose to do DIY staging or hire me for additional time.

Do you have a bit of a flair for decorating and just need help with the finishing touches? This package also starts with a one hour consultation with the seller and detailed follow up report. In addition, this package includes 2 hours of hands on staging work.

mid staging package
Maybe staging feels a bit daunting and you need help getting started. This package also starts with a one hour consultation with the seller and detailed follow up report. In addition, this package includes 4 hours of hands on staging work.

max staging package
Don’t know where to start or maybe have too many rooms in your home and are overwhelmed? This package also starts with a one hour consultation with the seller and detailed follow up report. In addition, this package includes 6 hours of hands on staging work.

a la carte
Staging can also be completed as an ‘a la carte’ or pay as you go service. The amount of hours is up to you! This is billed per hour and does not include a staging report.
