The PANTONEView Home 2007 forecast is comprised of colors that will be seen in fashion, home furnishings, food and packaging. The new color palettes for 2007 are:
Simply Elegant: Color treatments are in blends of mahogany, silvered mink, silvery blues, elegant purples and deep bronzed tones set off by pale gold, frosty almond and copper.

Classic Chic: Gray provides a presence in light and deeper tones, while silver and champagne add sparkle. Yellow and red bring excitement to brown. This classic palette is complete with black and white, often used with cappuccino colors.

Lumens: Luminous finishes, shiny or slightly de-lustered surfaces all reflect sleek simplicity. Lumens include water-borne blues, jewel-like emerald or opaline greens, ultra violet, vibrant rose, metallic silver and bright white.

Melange: Melon, apricot, strawberry and orange comprise a palette that stimulates the visual appetite. Toasty tan, vibrant poppy red, vivacious yellow and balancing blue are grounded by a rustic khaki.

Aux Naturale: Organic colors, especially those with an unbleached quality. Creamy whites, sandy beiges, essential tans, taupes, grays and mellow browns accented by subtly shaded roses, lily pad green and denim-like blue.

Grass Roots: Products look individually crafted, even when mass produced. A green theme moves onto mineral blue and various wood tones that are enhanced by mixes, including grape, rose and terra cotta.

Fresh Air: Green pesto, vibrant yellow and yellow-greens combine with cyclamen pinks, purples and violets, sky blues and snow whites.

Light Touch: This modernized palette takes classic pastels of aquas and greens, pinks and lavenders, powdery blues, sun-tinged yellows and angora whites to the next level by infusing a touch of champagne, or by introducing silvery gray or rosy taupe.
