Colors with names like pixie green, citrus yellow, berry crush and blueberry fizz are showing up on everything from designer bags to king size beds.

Splurge on a bright pair of shoes or a coat and suddenly the long, gray days of winter feel a little warmer! Pick up a few accessories or one new piece of furniture in a bright, bold hue and instantly change your home’s mood.

After reading the previous blog about Iceland, I think maybe a Hollywood stylist had made a visit to the island and spotted a trend.

After a gray, rainy day I say bring on the bliss of bright colors! Just love those gorgeous turquoise flat sandals and added them to my “must have” list. They’ll be perfect for my trip to India next month!
You also inspired me to put a few lemons into a bowl on my desk. Their yellow glow is like having my own little piece of sunshine. I etched the rind to release more of their tangy aroma because citrus activates the area of the brain that controls energy and alertness. Just what I needed for a winter pick-me-up!
