I just read that something like 20% of Americans say that they suffer from feelings of depression during the winter months.
If you polled my own family that figure would probably shoot up to around 75%- cause I’m sure that not a day goes by from January to March that you won’t catch someone in my house uttering an exasperated “I haaaate winter”!
Since we know that looking at bright colors can give one an instant boost and help to uplift droopy spirits- it would only make sense to surround ourselves with these colors, right?
Think about it.
