Much like their mall neighbors Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel, Restoration Hardware has joined the ranks of catalog giants in offering their own line of children’s furnishings, bedding and apparel.

Their much anticipated Restoration Hardware Baby & Child catalog is open for business, and from the looks of things RS fans will be ecstatic.

Integrating the colors and decor of children’s room into the overall scheme of the home has been a huge trend over the last few years. Restoration Hardware obviously understands this and keeps their designs and colors very much in the vain of it’s adult catalog.

The color palette is simple, your favorite RS “neutrals” -chocolate brown, silver sage and bisque-are paired with the more gender specific hues of petal and cloud.

The design- ultra tailored ( all of the modern favorite details are there: piping, monogramming, tufting etc. ) with prints kept simple ( classic dots, stripes, stars and bee motifs ) in two and three toned combinations.

The line is no doubt beautiful and mostly certified organic to boot!

But will moms and dads appreciate it’s grand simplicity?
