Purple continues to reign as the color of choice on the red carpet. Tim Gunn, who “makes it work” on “Project Runway,” cited aubergine as the hot color trend for the Emmys.

Evagline Lilly, Ellen Pompeo, Leah Remini, and Cheryl Hines were among those showing off their lovely curves in this royal hue.
