I feel regal while wearing them. As a strawberry blonde, with an Irish / Scottish heritage, I feel very at home (my peeps) in regal kelly green or a lighter creamy green. While shopping for emeralds for my Mom's 50th bday - I fell in love with the dark spotty carbon inclusions. Working in a jewelry studio sparked my interest in the natural inclusions in all stones- I have a fetish for their imperfections (nature's scars?) My newest purchases- Coach apple green hobo, green chinos , and green madras shorts. Maybe I should go see Wicked again- for the green witch ! Great article. In the past I have worn green sparingly, but lately I've been drawn to it . . . especially chartreuse. I still wear it as accent, just a sweater or one piece of jewlery, but I have found myself looking at dresses or thinking a necklace and a bracelet at the same time would not be out of the question.
