Oh Kim I love the idea of lavender in ice tea. I’ve never had that before but will have to buy some edible lavender when I’m at the farm.

I have some wonderful products from Seven Oaks. A beautiful sachet keeps my linens smelling divine. I also have edible lavendar in a cool tin. It is dried and you can bake it into sweets or breads and it is so refreshing in ice tea – during a lavendar party in NYC thrown by Deborah she made this and it was delicious!
One day I hope to see the farm in full bloom.

Oh, I love lavendar and how I lament it’s absence from my garden in coastal North Carolina. It is just too damp and muggy for it here. However, next to the ocean, it does well! Thanks for your post!

Great idea Kate ! I’m sure Momma Lou will love it…I’ve had the privilege of being at that gorgeous lavender farm and boy is it spectacular ! The smell alone is intoxicating. Happy Mother’s Day to you !

I love the smell of lavender! My uncle had 2 huge lavender bushes (which I picked out for him years ago) and the lavender is sooooo long, we need a whole field of lavender from that bush!
