Strategic lighting is often used to make a home stand out when the sun goes down but I have never seen a home use lighting like this.

The owner of this home located in Orange County, California added color to the façade of his home by lighting to the architectural features of his home.

Eight Color Kinetics Color Blast lights placed approximately two feet in front of the house and then concealed from view with planter beds.

The home owner can choose different custom light shows and change up the lighting effects whenever they want a different look or a special color scheme to add to their festivities.
This looks like a home built for entertaining and setting the stage for an event from the moment the guest arrives just adds to the excitement.
Done professionally=looks elegant. Done by someone like my neighbor whose overblown holiday decorations includes a nativity on a merry-go-round=look out.
Do you like it or think it’s too theatrical for a home?
