An appreciation of duality in both natural and man-made landscapes inspire our Women's palette for Spring/Summer 2008.

In this forecast, the muted tones of Seasoned are juxtaposed to the clearer hues of Fresh, while Nature's vivacious colors contrast with the mercurial mix in Facade.

The play between dark and light hues, the hidden and the straightforward, reflect the conceptual mood of the season.

Color trend: Seasoned...
...presents muted but assured tones evolved from feminine favorties - sage-green, rose-pink, chocolate-brown and deep-lavender. These work beautifully together to evoke a modern, organic lifestyle.

Color trend: Fresh...
...presents playful color combinations, like apricot with yellow or fuschia with jade green. They are particularly appropriate for quirky, retro-styled print and pattern design.

Color trend: Nature...
...shows unequivocally pretty hues anchored by an earthy, pink-brown and deep scarlet. This lively story shows the continued importance of bright accents, which look modern and energetic when paired with bright white.

Color trend: Facade...
...contains a striking selection of three strident brights mixed with three grey-cast hues that recall the edgy aspects of the 80s. Though the hues are offbeat, this is actually a highly versatile and futuristic palette.
