I think the power of purple is here to stay for quite some time. Last year I wrote a blog about it for '09 fall color trends, and totally agree the new purple will be popular this fall in a more grayed out interpretation. A great backdrop for other neutrals as well as great accents colors such as corals, celery greens, and yellow golds. Being an interior designer, I have always been a purple enthusiast! Even though purple is a hot colour right now, it's almost impossible to find purple fabrics. Frustrating to say the least!!
